The Application is for Conventional Loans, FHA Loans, VA loans, Jumbo Loans, Bank statement Loans, and Private/Hard Money loans.  This is the Universal Loan Application for all loans.  We will use this application for all loan types and lenders we submit to one loan application is all you need even if you are not sure what type of loan to get.
